My experience has been transformative to say the least. Since my visit in March I have never felt better; my energy levels are through the roof, my mental health has been excellent and I've fallen back in love with life! She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of nutrition and is also capable of translating the technicalities in a way can be easily understood. I have been seeing Elly for a few months now and I am already seeing progress! From day one, Elly has made me feel so comfortable with my ezcema and skin problems. It's no lie that she heals you from the inside out. She has helped me understand and heal my gut through DNA testing and diet plans (realistic ones might I add!), to now assisting repair my skin barrier through (the most dreamy) facials and LED treatments.

I went to see Elly after being diagnosed by my surgeon with a chronic food allergy. I had inflammation in my oesophagus that was so bad that I had difficulty swallowing. I had no idea where to start to work out this food allergy and feel so lucky to have found Elly. She helped me make small but significant adjustments in my diet that have had a huge impact. She set me up with a meal plan, gave me so much advice about food options but made it so simple. I have just had a follow up gastroscopy and the inflammation has completely gone!
